User Account Information: Contact details such as name and email provided through Shopify.

Generated Content: AI-generated text and images created at your request. Draft images may be stored on our secure servers for up to 60 days before automatic deletion.

App Usage Data: Logs of actions, API calls, credit usage, and performance metrics.

Communications: If you contact us, we may store emails or support tickets.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide app functionality (generate AI content, optimize/store images, schedule posts).
• To improve our services and monitor performance.
• To manage billing and credit allocation.
• To communicate important updates and support responses.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

Draft images are stored securely for up to 60 days or until approval; afterward they are deleted.

Approved images and content are uploaded directly to your Shopify store and managed under your store's policies.

Account data is retained while your subscription is active; deleted upon app uninstallation, subject to legal requirements.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data.

Data may be shared with trusted third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, AI model providers) strictly to provide app functionality.

Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
